From healthy French deli to beautiful assiette desserts, new menu items are now available at Bonbonheur Cafe in Ginza Mitsukoshi

Bonbonheur, the French restaurant and dessert restaurant inside Ginza Mitsukoshi, is introducing a new menu. We have prepared a gorgeous lineup based on authentic French cuisine, from wholesome French deli dishes to beautiful assiette desserts. Enjoy a delicious and happy moment in a light-filled restaurant reminiscent of a French café, where you'll lose track of time.


Bonbonheur's new menu offers a lineup that will delight you in both color and flavor, including a special French assortment using 30 kinds of vegetables, a meal based on authentic French cuisine, and beautiful assiette desserts.

Special French Assortment~


A luxurious plate featuring an assortment of seasonal ingredients. Based on French cuisine, this wholesome platter uses 30 different types of vegetables. There are 8 types to choose from, and you can choose 2 of your choice. The platter includes steak, pan-fried fresh fish, and deli dishes made with 30 different vegetables, so you can enjoy everything from appetizers to main courses on one plate. Each dish is served in a cocotte, allowing you to enjoy a variety of deli dishes on one plate.

The new menu also includes compact plates that combine four types of deli deli to suit those who want to eat only meat or fish, or those who want a vegetable-based dish. We offer two types: "Saison," a satisfying assortment of meat and fish, such as fragrantly grilled beef skirt steak and moist white fish, and "Légume," a healthy plate made with 30 types of vegetables. As we use seasonal ingredients, the contents change depending on the season. "Légume" does not use meat, fish, eggs, or dairy products, so it is also recommended for vegans.

Food Menu~


A hearty sirloin steak is now available. Wakahime beef sirloin steak, cooked medium-done, is paired with a fragrant porcini mushroom sauce. The steak has a tender texture, and the fat melts in your mouth the moment you put it in your mouth. Served with potatoes and vegetables, this is a very satisfying plate.

This croissant open sandwich is also recommended for lunch. A fragrantly baked croissant is topped with smoked salmon, ricotta cheese, sauce verjuice, and salad. Sauce vierge is a tangy sauce used in French summer cuisine. With its refreshing and easy-to-eat flavor, it's recommended for women.

Dessert~


The Sébastien Bouillet Special, whose flavor changes with the seasons, is Peche Melba, inspired by the classic French dessert "Peach Melba." A vibrant peach-shaped gateau made with peach mousse and sauce, sprinkled with colorful seasonal fruits. It is finished off with a sprinkling of peach sorbet made with liquid nitrogen. Experience a fresh surprise and delight.

A luxurious pancake made with multiple layers of batter and cream. Vanilla-flavored custard cream and fresh cream from Hokkaido are sandwiched between the fluffy pancakes baked with meringue. You can enjoy the harmony of the sweet and sour mixed berries used in the topping and sauce and the sweet cream.

Croissant ice cream is a cool, refreshing summer dessert made with ice cream sandwiched between a croissant. A freshly baked, crispy croissant is cut open and filled with yogurt ice cream, grapefruit or orange jelly, lemon confit, and more. The yogurt ice cream melts inside the warm croissant, complemented by the refreshing taste of citrus fruits and lemon, making this the perfect summer dish.
