Backpackers Co., Ltd. will open the second location of its cod roe spaghetti specialty restaurant, "Tokyo Tarako Spaghetti," in the Harajuku Omotesando branch on July 31st in the Harajuku area.

Second location of "Evolved Tarako Spaghetti" opens

"Tokyo Tarako Spaghetti," which opened on January 31st at the bottom of Miyamasuzaka in Shibuya as a restaurant specializing in evolved Tarako spaghetti, has been visited by many customers since its opening. We are now opening our second location, "Tokyo Tarako Spaghetti Harajuku Omotesando Branch," in the Harajuku area.

New Tarako Spaghetti Menu Included

To commemorate the opening of our new store, Tokyo Tarako Spaghetti will be changing its first-ever grand menu. There are two new menu items. The first is "Spaghetti with Delicious Simmered Tarako and Kelp and Dashi Broth" 990 yen + tax. A new item has been added to the popular dashi broth spaghetti. This "new sensation" Japanese spaghetti combines Tarako spaghetti with Tarako tsukudani (simmered in soy sauce), and when you pour in the dashi broth the umami of the kelp spreads throughout the dish, creating a nostalgic taste.


The second dish is "Tarako Spaghetti with Three Kinds of Fish Roe" for 1,390 yen + tax. Spaghetti mixed with plenty of raw cod roe is topped with salmon roe and flying fish roe. The total weight of the fish roe is 100g. This spaghetti is notable for its volume and colorful presentation resembling chirashi sushi.

For four days, from July 31st to August 3rd, we will be offering the following three items, including Grilled Cod Roe and Dashi Broth Spaghetti, at a special price. Please note that during the grand opening special price period, only these four items will be sold at limited prices.
