A serious butter sandwich made by a butter specialist store, packed with butter techniques such as "burning, melting and mixing"

"CANOBLE THE BUTTER SAND" is a butter sandwich that allows you to enjoy butter, pursuing the flavor potential of butter to the utmost.

Within the simple structure of butter cream sandwiched between sable cookies, multiple layers of butter and sugar are intricately combined, allowing you to enjoy the refined flavor of Canoble's proud butter.

We analyzed the aromatic components of butter and reconstructed the ideal butter by combining multiple processing methods such as "scorching, melting and mixing." It expresses the "butter" that many people imagine from various angles.

Astonishingly simple, yet incredibly complex in flavor

The sables sandwiching the buttercream have a crispy and moist texture, and thanks to a unique manufacturing method that envelops the moisture from the flour and eggs in a layer of butter, it recreates the feeling of butter oozing out the moment you bite into it.

The butter cream sandwiched between the sables is made using a unique method developed for making no-bake butter cake, in which ingredients are assembled after being baked, scorched, and melted, elevating butter from an ingredient to edible butter.

The butter cream uses three types of butter: burnt butter, fresh butter, and cultured butter, and by adding burnt sugar and beet sugar, the milkiness of the fresh butter is greatly concentrated, and by kneading in Guérande salt, the rich sweetness of the sable is cut down while the aroma of butter stands out.

Although it is called a butter sandwich, it is a butter sandwich that gives you the feeling of stuffing your mouth with real butter.

The Layers of Flavor of The Butter Sandwich
