First store on Takeshita Street in Harajuku, Tokyo On August 1, 2020, the first Smoothie Labo store opened in front of Harajuku Alta on Takeshita Street in Harajuku! In addition to the currently available "Blue Sky Soda" and "Sunset Strawberry Milk," new flavors "Starry Sky Yuzu" and "Rain-Dry Kiwi" will be introduced. In addition to smoothies, functional drinks made with original Café de Paris fruits will also be available. Focusing on the current health-conscious trend, we aim to appeal to a wide range of customers by launching menu items with new functions such as trendy protein-enriched drinks, drinks with blood sugar suppressing properties, and drinks with diet benefits. ◆The birth of "SMOOTHIE Lab"◆
Café de Paris first arrived in Japan in February 2019. Immediately after opening, it attracted attention in various media outlets, with long lines forming at the store every day. People would wait up to three hours, and the number of customers reached 100,000 in just six months. In November 2019, the smoothie menu was introduced at the same time as the opening of Café de Paris Laforet Harajuku. Since then, the number of fans has rapidly increased due to its refreshing taste and cute appearance. Three types of smoothies are poured into the cup like a rainbow, so you can enjoy not only the taste of each flavor but also new flavors when mixed together.
