"Domestically produced "Golden Peach and White Peach Parfait" 2,200 yen (tax included)

A parfait made with fully ripe domestic golden and white peaches. Enjoy the marriage of "golden peaches", which have a creamy texture and a mellow sweetness, and "white peaches", which have a smooth texture and a rich sweetness.

"Fig Parfait from Kinokawa City, Wakayama Prefecture" 2,300 yen (tax included)

This parfait is made with figs grown in Wakayama's warm climate and fertile soil. The figs, which are known for their crunchy texture and gentle sweetness, are simmered in a compote made with sorbet, sauce, and red wine. Enjoy a refined, adult taste.

"Keitt Mango Parfait, Miyakojima, Okinawa Prefecture" 2,700 yen (tax included)

*As ripening takes time, the mango will be available from mid-August onwards.

This parfait is made with "Keitt mangoes," which are slowly grown in the sun in Okinawa's warm climate. It is difficult to tell when they are fully ripe, even by their color and luster, so there are few farmers who produce them, and they are known as the phantom mango.

"Koihime Strawberry Parfait from Ina City, Nagano Prefecture" 2,000 yen (tax included)

This parfait is made with "Koihime" summer/autumn strawberries grown at Shinshu Hata Kobo, harvested in Shiseido Parlour's private greenhouse. Enjoy the sweet and sour taste of "Koihime," red jewels ripened in the Ina Valley in southern Nagano, bathed in the clean water, air and blessings of the sun.
●A low-sugar version of Koihime Strawberry Parfait (¥2,000) is also available. The decorations remain the same, but the ice cream, sauce and other ingredients have been devised to reduce the sugar content to 10g.
*The sugar content is calculated by the Food, Fun and Health Association. (Calculated based on available carbohydrates in the 7th edition of the Standard Tables of Food Composition)

*The menu contents and serving period may change depending on the fruit stock situation.
