Starting July 18, 2020, Gion Tsujiri Co., Ltd. will be offering a limited-time takeout menu item, "Soy Milk Soft Serve," made with soy milk from Otokomae Tofuten Co., Ltd., exclusively at its Gion Main Store and Hachijoguchi Store.

"Soy Milk Soft Serve" is a takeout menu item exclusive to the Gion Main Store and Kyoto Station Hachijoguchi Store.

"Soy Milk Soft Serve" is made with high-quality soy milk from Otokomae Tofuten, a popular shop known for its innovative naming and packaging. This collaborative menu combines the rich soy milk of Otokomae Tofuten, a tofu-making revolutionary known for its concept of "the real thing never disappoints" while preserving the traditional food of tofu, with rich Uji tea carefully selected by Gion Tsujiri, a company committed to serving authentic Uji tea.

This long-awaited soft serve ice cream menu, following on from the hugely popular "Soy Milk Matcha Au Lait" released in July 2019, opens up new possibilities between matcha and soy milk, and roasted green tea and soy milk.

"Soy Milk Soft Serve Matcha" combines rich soy milk soft serve with a creamy matcha sauce.

In addition, for lovers of roasted green tea, we recommend the "Soy Milk Soft Serve Roasted Green Tea," which is topped with roasted green tea sauce that has a rich aroma.

You can enjoy the marriage of Uji tea and soy milk.
