Sakimoto, a high-end bread specialty shop that has long lines, will be releasing a special loaf of bread called "Butter-Scented Bean Paste Bread" on July 7th. It will be available in stores only once a week on Tuesdays.

"Butter-Scented Bean Paste Bread" is made with a dough that combines the finest North American wheat and domestic butter, and is then mixed with a bean paste blend of Hokkaido azuki beans and Dainagon azuki beans. Approximately 26% of each loaf is bean paste, which is mixed into the dough in an even balance.

By using the Yudane method, the bread dough has a chewy and moist texture, and by reducing the sugar content of the dough, the bread has a light, crisp texture like French bread and the rich aroma of butter stands out.
It will be sold at seven stores: Sapporo Minami 13jo store, Tokyo Denenchofu store, Osaka Hatsugou main store, Fukuoka Fujisaki store, Kumamoto Hikari no Mori store, Bakery Cafe Miyazaki store, and Kagoshima Kinsei store.
For purchases, each store will sell and accept advance reservations in limited quantities from 12 noon every week.
The first reservations will be accepted from the opening time of each store on July 1st. After that, advance reservations will be accepted at each store or by phone (reservations can be made by 2 pm the day before and will end once the quantity has been reached).
