At Ya Kun Kaya Toast Shinjuku Sumitomo Building Branch, customers can enjoy traditional dishes that have been passed down for over 70 years, including kaya toast, a staple Singaporean breakfast, with the same flavors as they are served in Singapore. The "Kaya Toast" served at Ya kun Kaya Toast is a nostalgic dish that combines coconut milk-based kaya paste, made with carefully selected ingredients based on a traditional recipe passed down through generations by the Roy family, the founders of Ya kun Kaya Toast, with toast bread made using a traditional Singaporean recipe.
 
In addition to the famous kaya toast, the Shinjuku branch also offers a variety of carefully selected Singaporean foods, such as chicken rice, a Singaporean classic, coconut-based noodles with a mild yet spicy kick, and additive-free laksa soup.
