Café Comsa offers artistic cakes that capture the four seasons of Japan, using delicious, carefully selected seasonal fruit from farms and growing areas across Japan. From June 18th to July 7th, Café Comsa will be holding a fair called "Visiting Mangoes from Around the World," featuring mangoes from a variety of growing regions.



○ Miyazaki Prefecture "Fully Ripe Mango" Cake Base: Fromage Blanc
This cake is beautifully decorated with mangoes, which are in season at this time of year and are characterized by their rich, melt-in-your-mouth sweetness. You can enjoy the smooth, exquisite flavor that only domestically produced mangoes can offer.

Price: 1,600 yen/piece [Ginza store: 1,900 yen/piece, 19,000 yen (1 whole)]



○ Thai "Golden Mango" Chocolate Mille Crepe Base: Bitter Chocolate
Made using smooth mango with a good balance of sweetness and acidity, this mille crepe is combined with chocolate. Enjoy it with the generous amount of mango inside.

Price: 950 yen/piece [Ginza store: 1,100 yen/piece, 11,000 yen (1 whole cake)]



○ Mexican "Apple Mango" Shortcake
Made with plenty of mangoes that are very sweet and not too sour, and decorated with a rich mango sauce. This cake is an excellent combination of fluffy sponge and mildly sweet cream.

Price: 1,000 yen/piece [Ginza store: 1,200 yen/piece, 12,000 yen (1 whole)]



○ Indian "Alfonso Mango" Lassi
This refreshing drink is perfect for summer, made using the highest quality mango puree harvested from Desai Farm, and combined with yogurt, from the "Alfonso mango" known as the "king of mangoes."

Price: 800 yen (850 yen at Ginza store)


Availability: Thursday, June 18th - Tuesday, July 7th * Not available at Shibuya Seibu store, Kashiwanoha T-SITE store, IIAS Tsukuba store, Honkawagoe Pepe store, Takasaki Opa store, Emifull Matsumae store, or Moriguchi Keihan store [scheduled to open Thursday, July 2nd].
