Harajuku is a trendsetting area where people of all ages and nationalities gather in search of cutting-edge fashion. By opening a flagship store in the newly reborn Harajuku, THE ALLEY hopes to share its brand's worldview and cutting-edge tea drinks with even more people. ■A rich SWEET&FOOD menu including Harajuku pre-sales and BAKES The Harajuku store pre-sales include "Brown Sugar Tapioca Pudding," which you can enjoy by pouring warm brown sugar tapioca over it after purchase, and "TEA FOUN Porridge," made with tea and vegetables, as well as BAKES, Grilled Pao, and Tea Leaf Salad, which can be paired with tea, making for a rich SWEET&FOOD lineup perfect for lunch, a cafe, or a quick dinner.

Using onions as a base, the umami of the vegetables is thoroughly extracted. The gentle taste and aroma of the vegetables is highlighted, and when combined with Tieguanyin, we have created a rich umami stock that also has the flavor of the tea.
