Etro collaborates with a two-star Michelin restaurant to release a traditional panettone to brighten up the holiday season.

ETRO is celebrating the holiday season with the launch of an exciting new special Panettone.

Panettone is a traditional leavened pastry essential to the Italian holiday season. This special project was created in collaboration between ETRO and chefs Fabio Pisani and Alessandro Negrini of the two-star Michelin restaurant Il Luogo Aimo e Nadia.

Following the original recipe of a historic restaurant in Milan, ETRO's panettone is made using high-quality flour from Basilicata, Italy, and traditional sourdough made with natural yeast, and is meticulously fermented for 72 hours. The soft, moist texture melts in your mouth, and the fragrant aroma of subtly sweet candied orange peel, lemon peel, black cherry, and other fruits, as well as acacia honey and vanilla beans, fills the mouth. It will be delivered in a special metal box and dedicated shopping bag featuring a luxuriously embossed arabesque pattern featuring ETRO's iconic paisley.

ETRO's panettone will be sold exclusively in Japan at the ETRO Ginza flagship store.
