Fresh fruit sorbet and shaved ice: refreshing summer treats available at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo

Grand Hyatt Tokyo (6-10-3 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo) is offering sweets perfect for summer at each of its restaurants.

At the Chinese restaurant "China Room" on the 6th floor, you can enjoy hybrid sweets with new textures that you won't find anywhere else. From June 1st to August 31st, two new sweets will be available: "Oolong Tea Brulee with Bird's Nest and Feather Robe Shaved Ice, Salted Caramel Truffle Sauce" (2,000 yen), which is delicious even when mixed together, and "Coconut Feather Robe Shaved Ice and Fruit Jelly" (1,800 yen). Additionally, "Two-Layer Pudding of Ripe Mango and Almond Tofu with Bird's Nest" (1,450 yen) will be available all year round. From July 1st to August 31st, Teppanyaki Keyakizaka on the 4th floor will be serving Keyakizaka Sorbet (1,800 yen), made with fresh tropical fruit and dry ice at minus 79 degrees. Furthermore, Shunbou, a Japanese restaurant on the 6th floor, will be serving Uji Kintoki Shaved Ice (800 yen), made with homemade matcha in a traditional shaved ice machine, and Fiorentina, an Italian cafe on the 1st floor, will be serving Summer Fruit Desserts (1,500-1,800 yen), which combine smooth soft serve ice cream with summer fruits, from July 1st to August 31st.
