Pâtisserie Sadaharu Aoki Paris will be selling four flavors of "Macaron Ice Cream," perfect for the hot summer, at five of its directly managed stores in Japan starting June 1st.

Sadaharu Aoki's classic summer cool sweet, "Macaron Ice Cream," is now on sale again this year! "Macaron Ice Cream" comes in four flavors, made with crispy macaron dough made with Valencia almonds and sandwiched between ice cream or sorbet that tightly captures the delicious flavor of the ingredients. The classic chocolate and pistache flavors are made with rich ice cream, while the raspberry flavor is made with a refreshing sorbet. This year's new flavor, "Mango," is sandwiched between a generous amount of sorbet that makes the most of the smooth texture and melting sweetness unique to mango.

In addition, these summer-only delicacies, which you can choose based on your mood that day, can also be used as gifts. Assortments with your choice of flavors are available at five Sadaharu Aoki directly managed stores in Japan. "Macaron Ice Cream" is a delight with its cool and colorful appearance. Raspberry
This sorbet, with the tartness of raspberries filling your mouth, has a refreshing taste that's perfect for a hot day. Frozen raspberry pulp is also kneaded into the sorbet, giving it a juicy, delicious flavor.

Chocolate
This ice cream has been made with flavorful chocolate made from Ecuadorian cacao from Domoli in Italy, and has a refreshing aftertaste that makes it easy to eat even in the summer. A classic flavor that everyone will love.

Pistache
A generous amount of caramelized pistachios is added to the ice cream, adding a crunchy texture accent. It has a rich flavor that allows you to fully enjoy the richness of the pistachios.

Based in Paris, he is one of the most talked-about pastry chefs in the world today. He has a history of receiving various awards, including the Best Pastry Chef of France and the Paris City Hall Prize. In 2018, he won the highest award for the fifth consecutive year and an award for the eighth consecutive year at the C.C.C. chocolate competition.
