This summer, Sadaharu Aoki's classic cool sweet, "Macaron Ice Cream," will be on sale again from June 1st!

"Macaron Ice Cream" is Aoki's specialty, macaron dough, sandwiched between a generous amount of ice cream that tightly captures the deliciousness of the ingredients. In addition to the classic flavors "Chocolat" and "Pistache," this year there will be a total of four flavors: "Epês Fraise," which combines the richness of France's popular fermented cream "Crème Epesse" with the tartness of strawberries, and two new flavors: "Rose et Framboise," which combines the elegant scent of roses with the gorgeous tartness and aroma of raspberries.

In addition, this year you can purchase frozen deliveries from our official online shopping site. We are able to deliver this seasonal delicacy to customers who are worried about making a trip to the store due to the current situation.

We've preserved the rich flavor of Italian Domoli's chocolate, made with Ecuadorian cacao, and created an ice cream with a clean aftertaste that's easy to enjoy even in the summer. It's a classic treat you'll want to enjoy every year.

Pistache
Plenty of caramelized pistachios are added to the ice cream to add a crunchy texture. This popular flavor has a rich flavor that lets you fully enjoy the richness of pistachios.

Based in Paris, Sadaharu Aoki is one of the most talked-about pastry chefs in the world today. He has a history of receiving various awards, including the Best Pastry Chef of France and the Paris City Hall Prize. In 2018, he won the highest award for the fifth consecutive year and an award for the eighth consecutive year at the C.C.C. chocolate competition. He currently has five stores in Paris and five in Japan. His motto is "to bring joy to people through sweets."

He has received the Culinary Master award and the Paris City Hall award.
He received an AWARD at the C.C.C. chocolate competition.
In 2012, he was selected as one of France's top 5 chocolatiers and top 10 pastry chefs.
