Hotel Gajoen Tokyo, a museum hotel of Japanese beauty, will be offering Summer Afternoon Tea at its New American Grill “KANADE TERRACE” from July 1st to August 31st.

New American Grill “KANADE TERRACE” offers popular afternoon tea made with seasonal ingredients. This summer, we have prepared refreshing and light sweets and savory dishes to help you get through the hot summer, such as "Ripe Mango Mille-feuille," which layers passion fruit jelly on apple mango, a particularly fragrant mango; "Watermelon Verrine," which perfectly combines large pieces of fruit with coconut and fresh cream; ratatouille, which will stimulate your appetite with colorful summer vegetables such as zucchini, eggplant, and jumbo bell peppers; and chilled corn soup. This summer, enjoy our summer-only afternoon tea at New American Grill "KANADE TERRACE."
