The French Kitchen (2nd Floor All Day Dining)

◆ An afternoon tea where you can enjoy 10 kinds of sweets made with summer peaches and mangoes, including the popular mango pudding, as well as 5 kinds of savory dishes such as quiche and vichyssoise.

The French Kitchen, an all-day dining restaurant that offers a stylish arrangement of traditional bistro cuisine, will be serving afternoon tea made with fresh, seasonal peaches and mangoes at the tea stand. Guests can enjoy eight types of sweets, including peach shortcake, made with peach sandwiched between rich fresh cream and moist sponge cake; mango tart, a rare cheese tart topped with mango petals; and exotic fruit tiramisu, a mascarpone mousse coated with a jelly made from exotic fruit puree. Homemade sorbet made with fresh mango and peach will also be delivered to each table.

◆ Savory dishes made with colorful, vitamin-rich summer vegetables to stimulate your appetite
We offer six healthy savory dishes made with white beans, bell peppers, cucumbers, and more. Guests can enjoy dishes such as a rich, smooth and fragrant vichyssoise made by churning white beans and mixing them with chicken stock and cream, a summer vegetable ratatouille-style tart featuring slowly sautéed onions, and crepes made with a dough mixed with chives, rich in vitamin C and iron, wrapped around cream cheese and smoked salmon and topped with salmon roe. Enjoy a summer escape at the hotel with a cup of tea from the American organic brand "Art of Tea."
