Grand Hyatt Tokyo in Roppongi, Tokyo will be hosting the "Strawberry Collection 2020" at its restaurants, featuring desserts made with seasonal strawberries, strawberry-themed afternoon tea, sweets, cocktails, and more. 

The all-day dining restaurant "French Kitchen" on the second floor will be hosting a pink strawberry afternoon tea buffet from January 6th to March 15th, 2020, featuring strawberries carefully selected by pastry chefs active both in Japan and abroad. The buffet will feature a variety of strawberry-themed desserts, including tiramisu, a mousse made with Marsala wine from Sicily, Italy, and mascarpone cheese topped with layers of fresh homemade strawberry jelly, pound cake filled with strawberry pâté de fruits, Charlotte Fraise Brûlée, a vanilla brûlée wrapped in strawberry mousse, and a ruby chocolate fountain.

The chef will also be performing a demonstration of flambéing crepes with Grand Marnier right in front of your eyes, which can be enjoyed with berry sauce and vanilla ice cream. The savory dishes include a brioche topped with smoked salmon and beets, and bruschetta with tomatoes, basil, and fresh strawberries marinated in olive oil.
