Highly anticipated natural wine

Natural wine has become increasingly popular in recent years. This year's "World Travel Wine Exhibition" will feature the largest selection ever, with over 150 varieties. Crafted using traditional methods, natural wines are characterized by their "complex flavors." Many of them also pair well with dishes that are considered difficult to pair with wine, such as dishes using spices.

The Jumpin' Juice series is created by Patrick Sullivan, a young naturalist known as a highly popular winemaker in Melbourne, Australia, who "purchased grapes." These light-style wines are made by blending multiple grape varieties and vintages, and offer juicy, distinctive flavors.

"Saperavi" (3,520 yen/red/Georgia)/Pheasants Tears
This bottle is made by John Wordeman of Pheasants Tears, who is known as the pioneer who brought Georgian wine, the birthplace of wine, to the world. John, who was originally a famous painter, makes wines that are characterized by beautiful colors that reflect his sensitivity and rich, delicate flavors.

California's "BREAD & BUTTER" is named after the wine's flavor. The word "bread" refers to the oak aroma, and the "buttery flavor" achieved through malolactic fermentation, and as the name suggests, the wine has a rich, full-bodied aroma. The winery will feature a rich, full-bodied white wine, which is the signature of the winery, as well as a rosé, the first of its kind at Isetan Shinjuku.

Gin no Shizuku is a new type of wine made using No. 7 sake yeast. This wine is the product of a stellar collaboration between Pascal Marty, the winemaker behind Château Mouton, Opus One, and Almaviva; Hiroshi Sakurai of Asahi Shuzo, creator of the sake "Dassai," and Nao Aki, author of the manga "Kami no Shizuku."

Don't miss the wine and liquor experience corners at the venue. There will be a wine bar overseen by Kistler Vineyards, a renowned California winery, and BB&R, the UK's oldest wine merchant, as well as a bar offering a variety of liquors, including tequila, gin, sherry, and Madeira.
