"Freshly Baked Fondant Chocolat Marron" (650 yen), a new item on the autumn menu, is a dish with a crispy outside and a moist, rich texture inside, filled with rich chestnut paste and fresh Indian chocolate sauce. The pure deliciousness of bean-to-bar chocolate matches with the seasonal taste of "chestnuts", creating a truly autumnal treat.
