Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store will be holding the "Mitsukoshi France Exhibition," a gathering of "delicious" and "cute" French products, from October 9th to 14th at the event venue on the 7th floor of the main building. Liberté Patisserie Boulangerie Top right: "Liberté Pain" (1/4, 994 yen incl. tax), right: "Baguette" (335 yen incl. tax), center: "Müssli" (1/4, 778 yen incl. tax), bottom center: "Croissant" (357 yen incl. tax), bottom left: "Linzer Croissant" (443 yen incl. tax)
The "France Exhibition" offers a variety of seasonal delicacies, including baguettes with an irresistible fragrant aroma, croissants rich with butter, and sweets that highlight the rich flavor of chestnut cream. Liberté Patisserie Boulangerie, which utilizes the delicacy of cake making in its bread making, and is known for its simple appearance and gentle taste that you will never tire of, will be introducing "Pain Liberté" (1/4, 994 yen including tax) and "Croissant" (357 yen including tax). Bricolage Bread and Company, born from the bond between Chef Namae of the two-star Michelin L'Effervescence and Iwanaga of the popular Osaka bakery Le Sucre Coeur, will be selling "Pain aux Raisins" (381 yen including tax) and "Sukiyaki Sandwich" (1,501 yen including tax).

Tilpus "Mount Fuji Canelé" (5 pieces for 1,944 yen including tax)
From "Crème-lée," a locally beloved original product of Pâtisserie Saint Nicolas, "Canelé Crème-lée Mont Blanc Cassis" (389 yen each including tax) and "Canelé Crème-lée Vanilla Caramel" (389 yen each including tax) will be available, limited to 200 pieces per day. The traditional Bordeaux canelé is hollowed out and filled with cream and topped with colorful decorations. Also making its debut at the France exhibition is Tilpus's "Mount Fuji Canelé" (5 pieces for 1,944 yen including tax), a popular and hard-to-find dessert. This Japanese canelé, made with sake lees from Matsumoto Sake Brewery and shochu from Kuroki Honten, is not to be missed.

Metzgeraikusda's "Pate Pantin Canard-Epinal" (1,728 yen per 100g including tax)

Following the recent boom in charcuterie, pate croutes, which are currently garnering attention, will also be making an appearance. Metzgerei Kusuda's "Pâté Pantin Canard-Epinard" (1,728 yen per 100g, tax included), available in a 5kg quantity, is a pie wrapped in a type of pie crust that does not use a crust mold, and features a perfect balance of duck and pork meat with a touch of spinach. The combination with the pie crust makes it easy to eat, and the unique flavors of the various ingredients are not to be missed, as are the beautiful cross-sections and decorations on top.

Farm Cue "Kumamoto/Amakusa Guinea Fowl Pâté Croute" (1,944 yen per 100g, tax included)
A different pâté croute will also be available daily during the event. From October 9th to 11th, Pacific Currents' "Guinea Fowl Pate en Croute with Morel and Yellow Peach Flavor" will be available, from October 9th to 13th, Shinagawa Prince Hotel's "Forestière," and from October 12th to 14th, Farm Cue's "Kumamoto/Amakusa Guinea Fowl Pate Croute" will be available, each for 1,944 yen per 100g, tax included, with a limit of 4kg per day.
