WORLD BREAKFAST ALLDAY is a cafe restaurant that introduces breakfast and cultures from around the world under the theme of "Learn about the world through breakfast."

For a limited time from August 19th to September 1st, the Harajuku branch will be collaborating with McIlhenny, the manufacturer of Tabasco sauce, to offer a menu featuring Louisiana, USA, titled "TABASCO® BRUNCH CLUB."
New Orleans, the largest city in the state of Louisiana in the southern United States, is known as the birthplace of jazz. In the 18th century, the cultures of people who immigrated from Africa, France, and other parts of Europe blended together, giving rise to unique cultures such as Creole and Cajun cuisine in addition to jazz.

Luisiana Breakfast: "Griards and Grits" (1,680 yen)
This time, World Breakfast All Day will be offering a menu item called "Griards and Grits" (1,680 yen), which is brimming with Louisiana culture. "Griards and Grits" is a dish made by topping cheese grits made with corn flour and cheddar cheese with "Trinity," made with sautéed onions, celery, and peppers, and "Griards," made with beef simmered in beef stock. It's a popular spicy breakfast dish in Louisiana, complete with Tabasco sauce. The Tabasco sauce, the key ingredient in this dish, is crafted by McIlhenny, a family-run business in Avery Island, Louisiana, in its fifth generation, using a traditional recipe and aging it in barrels using only three ingredients: chili peppers, vinegar, and salt. Avery Island is known as one of the world's largest sources of rock salt, and the salt and chili peppers used are grown on Avery Island.

In addition to Griard and Grits, they also offer spicy iced tea with Tabasco sauce and a cold, spicy sundae topped with chocolate and Tabasco sauce.
Take this opportunity to enjoy the delicious, spicy flavor of Tabasco, born from the fusion of various cultures!
