To celebrate the 150th anniversary of Ginza Kimuraya's opening, the "chewy rice bread" that was sold for a limited time from the end of March to early April this year will be available again at directly managed stores including Isetan Shinjuku from June 26th to July 15th.

"Chewy Fresh Bread Made with Rice" (2,000 yen including tax / limited to 10 loaves per day)
"Chewy Fresh Bread Made with Rice" (2,000 yen including tax / limited to 10 loaves per day) is a dish made by adding porridge-like "Yumepirika" rice produced in Hokkaido to dough made with the same "sake yeast" used in the shop's signature item, "sake yeast anpan."

By combining the fermented "sake yeast" made from rice, koji, and water with rice porridge, which is a perfect match, the sweetness, aroma, and umami are further enhanced to create a luxurious taste. Although it is made with simple ingredients that do not use fats, oils, eggs, or dairy products, it is also characterized by its moist and chewy texture.

The salt and sugar used are carefully selected, so it is delicious even when eaten as is without baking. It is served in a limited edition can, making it a great gift.

Take this opportunity to try this special loaf of bread that's only available now!
