Aipaku® Tokyo, the ice cream expo that brings together carefully selected local ice creams from all over Japan, will be held for 13 days from April 24th to May 6th at the Ginza Mitsukoshi 7th floor event hall and 9th floor Ginza Terrace.
Manhattan Roll Ice Cream "Roll Ice" (from 850 yen)
Manhattan Roll Ice Cream "Roll Ice" (from 850 yen)
Aipaku, one of Japan's largest ice cream events, launched in 2015 and has attracted approximately 60,000 to 100,000 people per event, with a cumulative total of approximately 2 million visitors. This year's "Aipaku TOKYO" at Ginza Mitsukoshi will feature a lineup of over 100 local ice creams carefully selected from across Japan by the Japan Ice Cream Mania Association, a group of ice cream critics and ice cream lovers, including popular items that had two-hour wait times at previous events and new "Aipaku"-exclusive items from first-time stores.
Also, there will be an exhibition and sale of handmade ice cream creations by "Hello Circus," led by entertainer Chiaki, a workshop using ice cream packaging by the creative unit "Zarigani Works," a discussion on parfaits and ice cream by a parfait critic, and an "Ice Cream Talk Show" by Aipaku organizer and ice cream critic, Iceman Fukudome. With plenty of entertainment content, you can enjoy ice cream from various angles, not just eating it.
Peach Senka Yamashita "Peach Gelato" (From 501 yen including tax)
Peach Senka Yamashita "Peach Gelato" (From 501 yen including tax)
Peach Senka Yamashita, a peach farmer in Yamanashi City, Yamanashi Prefecture, is making its first appearance at Aipaku, and is introducing "Peach Gelato." The gelato is handmade in their own workshop using a generous amount of peaches and grapes harvested using special farming methods, including the skin, and is served on the spot. Harnessing the power of nature, the product has a rich fragrance that can only be achieved with peaches grown using special farming methods. Three to four varieties of peaches and two varieties of grapes are offered, allowing you to compare the different flavors of each variety.
Abbott Kinney's "Warm and Melty Gelato Sandwich with Wings" (651 yen including tax)
Abbott Kinney's "Warm and Melty Gelato Sandwich with Wings" (651 yen including tax)
Also making its first appearance at Aipaku is the "Warm and Melty Gelato Sandwich with Wings" from Abbott Kinney in Hatagaya, Shibuya. Gelato is sandwiched between brioche and baked in a hot press, resulting in a warm and crispy outside and a cool, melty texture on the inside, making this a new and unique dessert sensation. The shop will be offering "Fresh Milk," which makes the most of the flavor and umami of the ingredients, and "Salty Rock Caramel," which is made by mixing raw milk gelato with thick, homemade salted caramel, as well as Aipaku-exclusive flavored gelato.

Cold Stone Creamery Japan "Soft Serve Crepe Oreo Au Lait" (631 yen each, tax included)
Cold Stone Creamery Japan will be selling "Soft Serve Crepe Oreo Au Lait" as an Aipaku-exclusive item. It's a luxurious combination of sweets, soft serve ice cream, and crepes, with smooth soft serve ice cream topped with a generous amount of crunchy sweet ingredients. Instead of a cone, it uses a chewy crepe dough with a fluffy sponge cake inside, allowing you to enjoy a variety of textures in one snack.
MAISON GIVRÉE "Gelato" (each from 601 yen including tax)
MAISON GIVRÉE "Gelato" (each from 601 yen including tax)
Maison Giblet will be releasing an Aipaku-exclusive gelato created by pastry chef Hiroyuki Emori, who captained the Japanese national team at the Ice Cream, Chocolate and Cake World Cup held at the Milan Expo in 2015 and was crowned world champion. The lineup includes exquisite ice creams made with the finest ingredients and carefully selected dairy ingredients, such as a collaboration product with chocolate hunter Mayumi Ogata, which was popular at last year's event, and pistachio ice cream with whole pistachios.
We also offer takeout "Aipaku Original Cooler Bags (with dry ice)" (501 yen) for sale. You can enjoy our carefully crafted ice cream at home.
