The highly popular "Seasonal Parfait" menu at Emporio Armani Cafe Omotesando and Emporio Armani Cafe Shinsaibashi Parco features seasonal ingredients that change monthly. The first parfait of 2023, January's, is a gorgeous parfait featuring citrus fruits, a quintessential winter treat. Of the more than 70 varieties of citrus fruits said to exist in Japan, kumquats and dekopon were selected to create a parfait that perfectly balances sweetness and freshness. 
 

The pure white meringue on top, reminiscent of a snowy landscape, is characterized by the refreshing tartness of bergamot. Below that, sour cream gelato and kumquat sorbet are revealed. This month's parfait begins with a stunning harmony of rich sour cream gelato, kumquat sorbet with a slight bitter aftertaste, and fresh dekopon fruit, which stands out for its sweetness and juiciness.
Next comes a satisfying combination of dulce chocolate-coated almonds and shortbread. Enjoy the crunchy texture and the fusion of saltiness and sweetness. Below that, a light chantilly cream, carefully crafted to complement the chocolate, and fresh dekopon fruit are presented. Enjoy the balance between the fresh sweetness of the dekopon fruit and the tartness of the elderflower-infused bergamot jelly.
The parfait finishes with chocolate cream flavored with yuzu, which is also in season in winter, and kumquat jelly. Enjoy the rich variety of citrus fruits and the different aromas and flavors of each fruit until the very end.
 

The Kumquat and Dekopon Parfait, which gives you a sense of the deepening winter, will be available at Emporio Armani Cafe Omotesando and Emporio Armani Cafe Shinsaibashi Parco until January 31st.
