Enjoy the alluring ingredients of fruit and our specialty in tea
Aoki has set up a jam production atelier in Karuizawa, and is passionate about the charms of "fruit," and has introduced a number of new chocolates that incorporate the appeal of "tea," an ingredient that Aoki specializes in. The "AOKI 2023" chocolate assortment, released every year under the AOKI name, includes three new creations: "Myrtille Earl Grey," a two-layer chocolate made with blueberry pâté de fruits and Earl Grey ganache; "The Jasmin," with its elegant jasmine tea aroma; and "Miel Citron Confit," a combination of honey ganache and lemon confit.
For Valentine's Day 2023, in addition to the classic bonbon ganache, we're also looking forward to chocolates made with a variety of ingredients and sweets, including macarons, confiture, pâté de fruits, fruit peel, and almonds. The rich flavors and textures of fruit and tea will deliver new deliciousness.

Peel from a sun-grown orange is soaked in syrup and coated in bitter chocolate. The deliciousness of the juicy orange is captured intact. We also offer "Citronette", lemon peel coated in milk chocolate, and "Pamplemoussette", grapefruit peel coated in bitter chocolate. These have been redesigned with cute and pop packaging.

Kameyama tea from Date Marugame Seicha is grown with great care in the mountains of Mie. "Chocolone," a macaron that captures the fragrant aroma and flavor of Kameyama tea and encases it in Aoki's specialty chocolate, is available exclusively at JR Nagoya Takashimaya. The richly fragrant flavors are made using five different tea leaves, including "Benihomare," Japan's first black tea variety, and Aoki's favorite sencha, "Ookini."

Made with figs from Aichi Prefecture and Shine Muscat and apples from Nagano Prefecture, this assortment offers the tantalizing taste of fruit and chocolate, available at JR Nagoya Takashimaya.
