Shiseido Parlour Ginza Main Store's Salon de Café will be introducing a seasonal dessert featuring seasonal Niigata pears, including Le Lectier, as part of its December-only menu.

The popular Christmas-only parfait, the "Christmas Rouge Parfait" (¥1,980 including tax), is a berry-based parfait with festive colors. The parfait, featuring several types of rosy berries and garnished with Le Lectier pears from Niigata, creates a gorgeous and elegant Christmas atmosphere in Ginza. The homemade raspberry sorbet, flavored with a blend of herbs, chocolate ice cream, and rich, sweet and sour special berry sauce will really lift your spirits. The bottom of the parfait glass is filled with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and strawberry jelly, adding a touch of texture. Available from December 1st to 25th.
