Starting December 1st, Pierre Marcolini will be offering a limited-edition Christmas menu at its Ginza flagship store and Nagoya cafe.


The theme of this year's Christmas collection is "Under Berries - A Christmas Party in the Shade of the Forest." The limited-edition Christmas menu includes "Parfait Noel 2022," "Éclair Noel 2022," and "Gâteau Coeur Framboise." This year, the menu will also feature "Petite Bûche de Pierre 2022," a mini version of the popular "Bûche de Pierre." All of these desserts are made with Pierre Marcolini's original couverture and gorgeously decorated with nuts and colorful berries, making them the perfect desserts for the Christmas season. Enjoy it with coffee, tea, or champagne at the cafes of Pierre Marcolini Ginza Main Store and Pierre Marcolini Nagoya Store.

"Eclair Noel 2022," "Gâteau Coeur Framboise," and "Petite Bûche de Pierre 2022" are also available for takeout, so you can enjoy them at home.
*"Parfait Noel" will be available from 12:00 each day from December 9th (Friday) to the 25th (Sunday).

A Christmas-only parfait made with Pierre Marcolini chocolate ice cream and pistachio ice cream, rich in cocoa flavor, layered with fresh raspberries, blackberries, and fragrant pistachio feuilletine. A sparkling heart-shaped raspberry mousse and a snowflake ornament add a touch of elegance.

Born in Belgium in 1964. After training at a number of renowned shops, he went independent as a chocolatier. In recognition of his many years of achievement, he was appointed a purveyor to the Belgian Royal Family in 2015. He is one of Belgium's leading chocolatiers.
