The Kihachi Online Shop, operated by SAZABY LEAGUE Co., Ltd., will be offering the second frozen specialty, "Kihachi The Gâteau Chocolat," for a limited time and in limited quantities.

"Frozen Specialty" is a frozen cake that is carefully crafted one by one by the pastry chefs of Patisserie Kihachi, a sweets brand born from the desserts of Restaurant KIHACHI.

The first product, "Kihachi The Cheesecake," was released in August 2022, and thanks to your support, it sold out on the same day for four consecutive months from the initial release. The second installment of this series, "Kihachi The Gâteau Chocolat," which offers the perfect melt-in-your-mouth texture and a gorgeous aftertaste, will be available exclusively on the online shop.

The second installment features a rich and smooth gâteau chocolat that lets you enjoy three delicious flavorsintroducing.

The pastry chefs focused on the powerful aroma of cacao, the melting taste of chocolate, and the elegant and gorgeous aftertaste. The main chocolate is a carefully blended blend of three types of chocolate: premium bitter chocolate from couverture, which Kihachi was involved in developing, high-cocoa chocolate from a long-established French brand, and milk chocolate. To enhance the aroma of the cocoa, we used "Goyard Marc de Champagne" from Jean Goyard, the only Marc de Champagne distillery in the Champagne region of France, to create a gorgeous, lingering finish.

This chocolate is made without any flour, and the ideal melt-in-your-mouth texture is achieved by carefully mixing the butter and chocolate over time. Depending on the temperature, you can enjoy a cool melt-in-your-mouth texture like "raw chocolate" or a texture like "chocolate terrine." We also recommend warming it gently in the microwave for about 10 seconds for a flavor similar to "fondant au chocolat."
