[Updated] Dior launches Kim Jones' first men's collection at Isetan Men's, a global first

Dior will be launching the "Dior Summer 2019 Men's Capsule Collection" by Kim Jones at a pop-up store that opened at the Isetan Shinjuku Men's Building on November 28th, a global first.





The landmark of this pop-up is the Maison's signature icon, the "BEE." The New York artist KAWS has reinterpreted the motif alongside Dior's signature and displayed it in-store as an oversized motif.

The interior of the pop-up store, which is reminiscent of the show venue for Kim Jones' debut Dior Summer 2019 Men's Capsule Collection, features a unique design for each store, such as the use of a translucent fabric recreating the house's traditional motif, the Dior Oblique. Visitors can experience the brand's new worldview in a relaxed and sophisticated space.





Kim Jones's first Dior Summer 2019 Men's Capsule Collection is designed for the modern man who truly enjoys freedom and play, and who has passion and a touch of irony.

Kim Jones commissioned artist KAWS to create a playful new design of Dior's iconic "BEE" motif and the DIOR logo. Both are printed on T-shirts, blousons, pants, backpacks, and body bags, and the white DIOR logo and pink "BEE" motif are available as Japan-exclusive versions.

Japan-exclusive items will be available for purchase from November 23rd on the special site on the official website (http://on-pp.dior.com/cdc0826). From November 29th, they will also be available for purchase at House of Dior Ginza Men's.
