L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon's Christmas menu features a limited-edition six-course meal including the chef's carefully selected Wagyu beef fillet

L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, a counter-style restaurant run by Joël Robuchon and operated by Four Seas Co., Ltd., will be offering a limited-time Christmas menu from December 21st to December 25th, 2022. Enjoy colorful and gorgeous dishes and desserts made with carefully selected ingredients from France and Japan in an open kitchen setting, where you can experience the immersive atmosphere.

This seven-course meal is available only at Christmas. The lobster appetizer features a rich flavor created by combining celery root and black truffle. Chef Shida's carefully selected Wagyu beef fillet main course is served with Joe Lobsin's specialty potato puree and salad pastorale. For dessert, we offer a gorgeous dish of rich pistachio mousse shaped like a Christmas tree, paired with refreshing griottes and raspberries.
