It also marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of Wako. The advent calendar is a popular item at Wako every year, allowing you to enjoy the countdown to Christmas. This year's theme is "Eternal." 2022 marks the 90th anniversary of the clock tower and the 75th anniversary of Wako. We chose the theme of "Eternal" with the hope that we will continue to be a beloved presence, just as we have been loved by our customers up until now. The illustration features a motif of the "Metaverse," depicting a Christmas in the near future, and is imbued with the wish that "even as virtual space becomes more commonplace, people will still be able to gather together joyfully under the clock tower on Christmas Eve."
This year, it is available in two colors: red and green. The Christmas-colored box is perfect for your own home, and also makes a great gift for a loved one. The book-shaped advent calendar is self-standing, so it can be displayed on a shelf, etc.
