Two new tarts have been released by fruit tart specialist store Kil Fait Bon. The "Hokkaido Raiden Melon Tart," which combines melon and bavarois, will be sold at all stores, while the "Hokkaido Hidaka Suzuakane and Coconut Tart," made with the summer-autumn strawberry "Suzuakane," will be sold exclusively at four stores in the Kanto region from August 16th until late September.

"Hokkaido Raiden Melon Tart" combines Raiden melons, which are full of the bounty of nature and are grown in fertile soil with pure natural water near "Raiden Coast" on the west side of the Shakotan Peninsula, with a smooth bavarois flavored with condensed milk.
The juicy, melt-in-your-mouth fruit pulp and the rich flavor of the bavarois create an exquisite harmony.

Suzuakane, which is characterized by its bright red skin and white flesh with a slight pink tinge, is combined with a smooth mousse with a hint of coconut.
