Shiseido Parlour is currently holding its "2018 Midsummer Parfait Fair." At the Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe from August 1st to 31st, and at the Salon de Cafe Lazona Kawasaki from August 1st to September 30th, new parfaits that highlight the deliciousness of the ingredients will be available at each location.

Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe "2018 Midsummer Parfait Fair"
Shiseido Parlour's annual parfait fair. At the Ginza main store, Salon de Cafe, they are offering a parfait of figs, mango, golden peach and white peach, cut in an ingenious way to allow you to enjoy different textures, available only in August. The "Domestic Golden Peach and White Peach Oriental Parfait" (1,980 yen including tax) is an oriental-style parfait that combines juicy domestic golden peach and white peach compote with matcha ice cream. The peaches are from the region that is in season at the time, and strawberry sauce adds an accent. This is an original Shiseido Parlour parfait that was created around 1960, and you can enjoy its retro feel.

The "Fig Parfait from Kinokawa City, Wakayama Prefecture" (2,160 yen including tax) is carefully crafted to allow you to enjoy the luxury of fresh, seasonal figs, and is topped with rosé wine compote, sauce, sorbet, and tuile, allowing you to experience the full flavor of the fig. This passionate red parfait evokes the feeling of midsummer, and is accented with fig and apple jelly.

"Okinawa Apple Mango Parfait" (2,580 yen including tax)
The "Okinawa Apple Mango Parfait" (2,580 yen including tax) is made with a generous amount of mangoes grown in Okinawa, basking in the sun's bounty, and is presented in a way that allows you to enjoy different textures thanks to the way they are cut.It is a dish that will make you feel like midsummer, with tropical homemade mango sorbet, exotic sauce, milk ice cream, and cranberry sauce.In order to serve the most delicious seasonal mangoes that allow you to savor the rich flavor, Keitt mangoes will be available from mid-August.

Furthermore, continuing from July, the "Summer and Autumn Strawberry "Koihime" Strawberry Parfait (regular version / low-sugar version)" (1,890 yen including tax) will also be available, using strawberries picked in Shiseido Parlour's private greenhouse in Shinshu Hatakobo, Nagano Prefecture. During this spectacular period when four different parfaits are available, you can fully enjoy the summer in Ginza with gorgeous parfaits that can only be tasted here.

Salon de Cafe Lazona Kawasaki's original new parfaits, available only in August and September, include the "Orange and Apricot Parfait with Mousse Coin Entrée and Fraise de Bois Confit" (1,620 yen including tax), a sophisticated and refreshing orange flavor, and the "Brown Sugar Mousse Chocolate" a Japanese-style parfait made with brown sugar, brown rice tea, and wasanbon sugar. There are three types: "Brown rice tea ice cream and wasanbon crème chantilly" (1,620 yen including tax), and a cute lady parfait that combines the sweet and sour taste of summer strawberries "Koihime" with coconut, "Nagano Prefecture summer strawberries "Koihime" and coconut-flavored crème chiboust, garnished with honey-flavored pain de genes and dentelle" (1,620 yen including tax).
