New York-do "Nagasaki Castella Nama Soft Serve" (540 yen including tax)

Aipaku, one of Japan's largest ice cream events, launched in 2015 and attracts approximately 60,000 to 100,000 visitors per event, with a cumulative total of approximately 1.2 million visitors. This year's Ice Cream Expo in Ginza Mitsukoshi, "Aipaku," will feature an attractive lineup of products, including popular items that had customers waiting in line for two hours at previous events, as well as new products exclusive to Aipaku.

The Japan Ice Cream Mania Association, an organization for ice cream lovers, will be selling over 100 types of local ice cream carefully selected from all over Japan, and there will also be live music, an ice cream make-over show, and an "Ice Cream Talk Show" by Iceman Fukudome. There will be plenty of entertainment content to enjoy beyond just eating ice cream.

Kikyoya "Kikyo Shingen Soft Serve+" (¥500 including tax)

Kikyoya, located in Yamanashi Prefecture, has released "Kikyo Shingen Soft Serve+" (¥500 including tax). Its rich flavor, reminiscent of a Japanese parfait, won the Grand Gold Award at the 2016 Aipaku Awards. Manhattan Roll offers the incredibly popular "Manhattan Roll Ice Cream" (starting at ¥850 including tax), which boasts both authentic flavor and appearance. A melon-based menu item is also available exclusively at Aipaku.

Yukiusagi "Luxurious Whole! Fresh Melon"

New York-do will be offering a rare treat only available at its flagship Nagasaki store and Aipaku, the "Nagasaki Castella Fresh Soft Serve" (¥540 including tax), an incredible soft serve ice cream made with authentic Nagasaki castella. Also available from Yukiusagi, a popular Tokyo shaved ice shop, will be offering popular items (starting at ¥650 including tax) and the impressive "Luxurious Whole! Fresh Melon" shaved ice, featuring a generous half-slice of fresh melon in the container.

Cold Stone Creamery "Mint Mint Mint" (¥550 including tax)

Cold Stone Creamery is offering its first-ever mint soft serve ice cream, "Mint Mint Mint" (¥550 including tax), exclusively at Aipaku. This product, a delight for chocolate mint fans, also comes with unlimited chocolate sauce. Additionally, Aipaku's exclusive ice cream (starting from 600 yen including tax) from Maison Givre, created by pastry chef Hiroyuki Emori, who was crowned world champion at the Sweets World Cup held at the Milan Expo, will feature exquisite ice cream made with the finest fruits such as Miyazaki Prefecture's Hyuga Natsu oranges and Tochigi Prefecture's strawberries, as well as carefully selected dairy ingredients.

Kyoto Rikyuen "Koiko Matcha, Kiwami Matcha, and Kami Matcha (3 Levels)" (Starting from ¥500, tax included)

Kyoto Rikyuen, a 400-year-old teahouse founded during the Edo period, produces extra-rich matcha ice cream in three levels: "Koiko," "Kiwami Matcha," and "Kami Matcha" (starting from ¥500, tax included). Hojicha ice cream is also available in three levels. Additionally, the Aipaku Original Häagen-Dazs Premium Crepe Ice Cream (¥600, tax included), an original crepe ice cream exclusive to the Aipaku venue, features Häagen-Dazs ice cream. Pay attention to the gorgeous visuals, topped with sliced bananas in the shape of flower petals.

In addition, for those who want to enjoy ice cream without waiting, there will be a demonstration sale of the "Warm Tech Spoon," a spoon made specifically for ice cream that melts ice cream in about 10 seconds while you eat it. There will also be an advance sale of "Ice Stopping Baby Star," a collaboration product between Oyatsu Company, the company known for "Baby Star," and the Japan Ice Cream Mania Association. There will also be a lineup of ice cream-related goods and products, such as the "Aipaku Original Cooler Bag" (500 yen including tax), which comes with dry ice and makes a convenient souvenir.
