FRATELLI PARADISO, an Italian dining restaurant from Sydney, Australia, has launched an "Italian Salad Buffet" using 30 different ingredients, available only during weekday lunchtimes. A visually stunning spring-only menu is also available.

The restaurant's "Italian Salad Buffet" (1,620 yen including tax), which began on March 26, is a colorful salad buffet made with a luxurious selection of 30 different ingredients.
A total of eight salads are available, some of which change daily, including "Insalata di Pomodoro" studded with tomatoes, basil, and cheese; "Insalata di Zucchini" made with thinly sliced zucchini, endive, pine nuts, fennel, dill, and shallot dressing; "Insalata di Aranche" studded with refreshing orange, fennel, mint, and black olives; and "Insalata di Carvolo" topped with grilled cabbage, caramelized walnuts, Parmesan cheese, and Vincotto. Enjoy simple, classic Italian cuisine using classic recipes.
In addition, you can choose from four types of pasta, and also choose your main course and dessert. With a varied menu that changes daily, this restaurant is perfect for everyday dining or a special lunch. Main courses and desserts are charged separately.

The menu includes 16 different dishes that will give you a taste of spring, including "Carciofi alla Giudia," which is made by slowly frying artichokes at a low temperature until they are crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside; "Risotto Gorgonzola," which uses clam broth to add nori seaweed and Gorgonzola cheese, and then adds a hint of kabosu pepper as a secret ingredient; "Astali di Maiale," which is made with carefully roasted Hokkaido mud pigs that are raised without stress and have a strong sweetness from the fat; and "Mousse alla Rosa," a white chocolate mousse based on Santa Maria Novella rose tea.
