Isetan Shinjuku will be holding its annual "Italy Exhibition." This year, for the first time in two years, dine-in options will be back. Enjoy Italian dining according to a daily schedule, experience nature-friendly winemaking, traditional regional sweets, and classic dishes that adorn the dinner table, all while being deeply moved by the richness of Italian food culture. A collaboration between the Italian wine emperor GAJA and Ristorante La Barrique Tokyo. Enjoy a variety of sophisticated dishes that capture the essence of GAJA's home region of Piedmont, paired with exquisite GAJA wines.

We will offer approximately 450 types of Italian wine, including classic Barolo and Super Tuscans, as well as the currently popular indigenous varieties of southern Italy. We will also focus on Italian winemaking, which values coexistence with nature, and introduce recommended producers. We will also be introducing the "ITALIAN WINE BAR," featuring wines from popular producers on sale at the venue. Sample wines from popular producers and find your favorite.

Produced at the Feudo di Mezzo winery in the heart of Mount Etna's viticultural region, this Carricante wine is partially fermented in wooden barrels. This wine is rich in minerality with fresh, lively acidity.

Panettone is a fermented dessert celebrated during Christmas, said to have originated in Milan, Italy. In Italy, reservations for panettone begin around the end of summer. The dough is made with a mixture of fresh orange and lemon paste, semi-dried apricots and orange peel, giving it a fruity aroma and flavor. The surface is spread with a glaze and topped with pearl sugar before being baked to a fragrant finish.
