
Starting February 15th, Shiseido Parlour will be releasing three items in two varieties of sweets that will make you feel the arrival of spring: "Spring Cheesecake (Sakura Flavor)" and "Spring Hand-Baked Cheesecake (Sakura Flavor)," along with two other items: "Macaron Fraise" and "Biscuit Trois."
"Spring Cheesecake (Sakura Flavor)" is a seasonal cheesecake that is a regular at this time of year. The aroma of cherry blossoms fills your mouth with every bite. Rich Danish cream cheese with added cherry blossom paste is wrapped in a cherry blossom-scented biscuit made with flour from Hokkaido and baked.

 The "Spring Hand-Baked Cheesecake (Sakura Flavor)" is made with rich Danish cream cheese, cherry blossom paste, and cherry pulp, and each piece is hand-baked. Salted cherry leaves kneaded into the biscuit further enhance the cherry blossom flavor, and the soft pink color and cherry blossom fragrance herald the early arrival of spring. This incredibly rich and luxurious seasonal cheesecake is a limited-edition item.

 This is the last chance to see these cheesecakes in the special packaging commemorating Shiseido Parlour's 115th anniversary. When Shiseido Ice Cream Parlour first opened in 1928, it had a shop window facing Ginza Chuo-dori Street. The packaging depicts a moga (modern girl) strolling through Ginza, captivated by the cherry blossoms in full bloom. This special packaging, which evokes the warmth of spring, also makes a great gift to support someone embarking on a new journey.

It features a crispy exterior, a moist texture inside, and a lovely pink color.
And "Biscuit Trois" is an assortment of three of Shiseido Parlour's classic biscuits. These small yet unique confections - cannel, caramelised and vanilla - are each baked using carefully selected ingredients to create the perfect biscuit.
Both come in cute, spring-like packaging, making them perfect for White Day or as a small spring gift.
