LA MAISON DU CHOCOLAT will be releasing its Easter collection, "Poisson de Pack" (¥4,350), featuring humorous fish, at all stores from mid-March.


The collection includes five juvenile fish: "Poisson Rouge" (Goldfish), made of red-tinted white chocolate and a dark praline of almonds and hazelnuts with finely chopped, caramelized biscuits; "Poisson Kroon" (Clownfish), layered with colored white chocolate and almond milk praline; "Poisson Chat" (Catfish), featuring milk chocolate accented with a milk praline of roasted, caramelized coconut and almonds; and "Poisson Si" (Sawfish), "Poisson Pane" (Fry Fish).


The playful fish created by Nicolas Cloiseau, including a goldfish caught on a hook, a catfish wearing a paw-like fin, a sawfish cutting itself, and a fried fish flipped over by a spatula fin, are full of playfulness and humor that will make you smile. This collection further enhances the festive mood of Easter, which coincides with April Fool's Day.
