The Kihachi Pie Series uses the most delicious seasonal ingredients to create desserts that can only be found at a restaurant. This fall, we will be serving "KIHACHI's Chestnut Pie," featuring tender chestnuts simmered in their skins and rich chestnut cream.
The autumn-only "KIHACHI's Chestnut Pie" is as popular as our most popular "KIHACHI's Napoleon Pie," which is only available during the delicious strawberry season, and is one of Kihachi's signature autumn desserts.
Coarsely chopped chestnuts simmered in their skins for a satisfying texture, melt-in-your-mouth chantilly ice cream, and Kihachi's special diplomat cream* are luxuriously sandwiched between fragrantly baked, crispy pie. It is topped with a chestnut cream with a sophisticated taste, slightly infused with rum (Bacardi), and large chestnuts simmered in their skins.
