From September 1st to mid-November, Hilton Tokyo's Chinese restaurant "Dynasty" on the 2nd floor will be hosting an autumn lunch plan called "Chinois Villolais." This plan includes 10 chef's specials, including appetizers, soups, meat and seafood dishes, all based on purple, a color revered in ancient China as representing sanctity and eternal life, 10 types of all-you-can-eat dim sum served on a trolley, four special "Dynasty" sweets plates including purple sweet potato and sweet potato tarts, and seasonal grapes served by the glass.

The purple star is the star that rules the sky and is said to be the origin of the name of the Forbidden City. Based on the theme of purple, which has long been associated with nobility, Chef Masaki Yanagiya of Dynasty presents a Chef's Special, presented in classical tea utensils and presented like a delicate dessert. Luxurious dishes made with autumnal ingredients such as bonito and chestnuts, as well as abalone, surf clams, and crab meat, can be enjoyed in a beautiful purple arrangement.

After feasting your eyes and taste buds with dishes such as "Abalone, Surf Clam, and Ginkgo Nuts in a White Truffle Oil Sauce" made with parboiled abalone and surf clams, "Purple Sweet Potato and Corn Cream Soup" with the vibrant autumn color of purple sweet potato, "Stir-fried Chestnuts in Black Vinegar Sauce" finished in a pale purple color with the sweetness of chestnuts and rich black vinegar, and "Seasonal Colorful Salad" decorated with beetroot and onion dressing, you can enjoy the autumn flavors prepared by our head chef to your heart's content. You can enjoy one order per person from 10 of our chef's carefully crafted dishes, including "Duck Duck Meat Dumplings and Eggplant with Yuzu Pepper Sauce," "Seared Bonito Tuna with Special Dried Shrimp Roe Sauce" garnished with slices of purple onion, "Shrimp and Yuba with Crabmeat Thick Sauce," and "Mushroom Paste Choux" accented with walnut powder and anchovies.

Dim sum is served on a trolley, and you can enjoy as much of your favorite items as you like. The ten varieties of dim sum available include "Steamed Dumplings with Scallops, Squid, and Fish" wrapped in purple skin, "Glutinous Rice Meatballs" with a chewy texture and addictive pork juices, and "Curry Buns," as well as crispy "Fried Dumplings with Shrimp," "Fried Mixed Dumplings," "Daikon Rice Cakes," and "Jade Shrimp Steamed Dumplings." Steamed dim sum is served from a cart, while fried and pan-fried dim sum are brought piping hot to your table after you order.

After your meal, you can enjoy a four-item dessert plate, each ordered individually per person, including purple sweet potato tart and chestnut pudding, as well as lotus tea jelly made with fragrant lotus tea, also known as "beauty tea," along with a generous serving of grapes in a glass. Enjoy as much photogenic Chinese cuisine and piping hot dim sum prepared by our chef as you like while relaxing and sipping Chinese tea in a classically decorated restaurant, making this a perfect plan for an elegant autumn lunch or afternoon tea time.
