TRUNK(KITCHEN) will be offering a special Christmas dinner for four days only.

TRUNK(KITCHEN), the restaurant at TRUNK(HOTEL), which offers cuisine that fuses elements of Japanese food culture with the international "Tokyo vibe" where a wide variety of food cultures intertwine, will be offering a special Christmas dinner for four days only, from December 22nd to 25th.

The special dinner, which will be held only for four days, will feature an original Christmas menu and the restaurant's popular chef's table, in a limited-time only style for this season.


There are two types of special Christmas dinners: a 15,000 yen course and a 20,000 yen course. The 15,000 yen course menu includes five dishes: "Shibuya Mozzarella Brata, Homemade Semi-Dried Tomatoes, and Dried Boar Roe," "Wild Red Sea Bream Carpaccio with Kelp and Clam and Spinach Naage," "Bouillabaisse of Seasonal Fish Direct from Tsukiji," "Aged Domestic Horus Beef Sirloin Roast with Pesticide-Free Vegetables from Contract Farmer Fuse," and "Coconut Buche de Noel." The 20,000 yen course menu includes six dishes: "Shibuya Mozzarella Brata, Homemade Semi-Dried Tomatoes, and Dried Boar Roe," "Lobster Mi-Cuit and Lily Root Mousse in Cold Consommé Soup," "Teriyaki Foie Gras and Magret Duck Confit in Shiitake Mushroom Sauce," "Bouillabaisse of Seasonal Fish Direct from Tsukiji," "Charcoal-Grilled Shiraoi Beef from Hokkaido Served with Pesticide-Free Vegetables from Contract Farmer Fuse," and "Coconut Buche de Noel." The main course for both courses can be changed to turkey.


The Chef's Table offers an original special menu for parties of up to eight people. The menu features nine dishes: "Shibuya Mozzarella Burata Honey Toast," "Beet and Orange Salad with Feta Cheese and Mint," "Smoked Salmon and Kale Salad," "Shrimp Macaroni and Cheese Gratin," "Baked Sea Bass Pie with Sea Urchin Hollandaise Sauce," "Clam Chowder," "Roast Turkey with Cranberry Sauce and Mashed Potatoes," "Aged Domestic Horus Beef Sirloin Roast Beef," and "Coconut Buche de Noël." Prices start from 200,000 yen, including private room charges.
