This year marks the 40th anniversary of the opening of the original SoHo store in New York, where Dean & Deluca was founded, and the restaurant is proposing a classic holiday-style dining experience where the host serves food for everyone to share. The menu features a wide selection of artisanal dishes, perfect for dinner table staples and toasting on special occasions. The menu includes wines, cheeses, chakoutaries, and sweets from Italian, French, and Japanese producers, as well as meat dishes lovingly grilled by the chefs, all of which have been painstakingly and time-consumingly crafted.

Roasted Shinshu Jidori Chicken 5,400 yen/1 chicken
A whole Shinshu Jidori chicken, "Gitarou Shamo", is marinated and slowly roasted. The skin is crispy and glossy, while the inside is satisfyingly juicy. The sweet and sour balsamic vinegar makes it suitable to be enjoyed as is, without adding any sauce. On sale from December 22nd to 25th (advance reservations accepted).

Smoked King Salmon Sold by weight 2,160 yen/100g (1 pack 2,592 yen/130g)
Hand-smoked by skilled artisans, the salmon is softened, allowing you to enjoy its natural flavor and mellow texture. Sliced thickly to allow you to enjoy its fatty taste.

Honey Baked Ham Sold by Weight 648 yen
America's most beloved premium brand ham. The highest quality bone-in pork thigh is slowly smoked for over 20 hours using a secret wood chip recipe to bring out the meat's natural flavor. A sweet and fragrant honey coating called a "glaze" is carefully applied by hand to the surface of each ham, making this a masterpiece that will add a touch of elegance to your holiday table.

A juicy bistecca of bone-in rib roast (7,020 yen/750g) carved and served by the host. On sale from December 22nd to 25th (advance reservations accepted). There is also a wide selection of side dishes to go with the meat dishes. There are also creamy pies and risottos perfect for the holidays.

Marrons glacés made in Italy's leading chestnut-producing region, and the traditional French pastry, Tarte Tatin. Dean & Deluca is the only place in Japan where you can buy pound cake made with plenty of pistachios from Bronte, Sicily, which are harvested only once every two years, and panettone made by Italy's number one maker. Plus, there's Bella Becca, a traditional French pastry from Alsace, and many other traditional sweets all gathered together for the holidays. Until December 25th, two holiday-colored dessert drinks will be available, as well as hot apple cider, a New York winter classic that you'll crave when the weather gets colder.
