Shiseido Parlour's 115th Anniversary "Strawberry-Flavored" Cocotte

Shiseido Parlour Ginza Flagship Store "Cocotte de Noël aux Fraises" (19cm/¥11,500)
Shiseido Parlour Ginza Flagship Store will be offering the "Cocotte de Noël aux Fraises" cake as a special cake to celebrate Shiseido Parlour's 115th anniversary from December 21st to 25th (reservations close on December 15th). The cake will be sold at auction for ¥11,500. Each cake is decorated with the equivalent of 50 strawberries, and is filled with sandwiched sliced strawberries, jelly, jam, and more, creating a gorgeous cake filled with strawberries.

Hoshino Resorts Karuizawa Hotel Breston Court "Biche de Noel" (18cm/4,000 yen)
The gourmet hotel, Hoshino Resorts Karuizawa Hotel Breston Court, will be selling Christmas cakes from December 22nd to 25th (reservations close on December 19th). The delicately designed cakes, which are inspired by the nature of Karuizawa, such as the "Biche de Noel" (18cm/4,000 yen), feature pistachio dough and pears, apples, strawberries, and hazelnuts hidden within a dome that resembles sunlight filtering through the trees, and are sure to be a feast for the eyes.



Enjoy the marriage of strawberries and amazake (sweet sake) with this éclair cake

Andaz Tokyo "Strawberry and Amazake Éclair Cake "Snow"" and "Christmas Pudding Éclair Cake" (2 flavors/¥3,200 each)
Andaz Tokyo will be introducing a variety of unique Christmas cakes designed by pastry chef Reijin Tanaka from December 18th to 25th (reservations close on December 17th). Among the eclair cakes that were popular last year, the "Strawberry and Amazake Eclair Cake 'Snow'" and "Christmas Pudding Eclair Cake" (2 types/3,200 yen each) will be making a comeback. Recommended for those looking for a unique Christmas cake!

Aman Tokyo "Chocolat Cru - Strawberry and Chocolate Cake" (12cm/¥5,500, 15cm/¥7,500)
At Aman Tokyo, chocolatier Yoshihisa Miyagawa's "Chocolat Cru" is a chocolate cake for adults. Cru - Strawberry and Chocolate Cake (12cm/5,500 yen, 15cm/7,500 yen) will be on sale from December 1st to 25th (reservations must be made five days prior to the pick-up date). The ornament-like red ball of chocolate contains a whole strawberry, and is decorated with several types of berries around the outside. This is an irresistible treat for strawberry and chocolate lovers.

Grand Hyatt Tokyo "Profiteroles" (12cm/¥6,000, 15cm/¥8,000)

Grand Hyatt Tokyo will be selling Christmas cakes made by world-class pastry chefs from December 20th to 25th (reservations close on December 17th). The visually appealing "Profiteroles" (12cm/6,000 yen, 15cm/8,000 yen) are a strawberry shortcake topped with colorful little cream puffs, making them a new cake that allows you to enjoy strawberries and exquisite craftsmanship all at once. The jewel-box-like appearance makes them perfect for a girls' get-together.
