J.S. PANCAKE CAFE, a pancake shop recommended by JOURNAL STANDARD, will be holding a Christmas fair at all of its stores from November 20th to December 25th.
The Christmas-only menu is themed around "White Christmas" and features "White Chocolate and Cream Cheese Pancakes" (1,380 yen), which are finished in an elegant appearance with a white base that resembles snow. The three fluffy, pure white pancakes are covered in cream cheese and topped with a generous amount of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, sweet and tart strawberries, richly sweet white chocolate, and sparkling silver sprinkles. We recommend eating them with the berry sauce that comes with it to add a touch of tartness. It's so luxurious, it's like eating a whole cake.
In addition, from December 15th to 25th, just before Christmas, a limited quantity "X'mas Specialty Tea Set" (1,580 yen) will be on sale. This luxurious set includes two types of pancakes - one with lemon and honey inside and topped with cheese cream and white chocolate, and the other with raspberry cream inside and topped with strawberry cream and whipped cream - along with a blancmange with a hint of white wine and fruit tea, sure to get you in the Christmas spirit. On December 13th and 14th, an advance tasting event will be held at all 11 stores (excluding the Shibuya store) in two sessions, from 5pm and 7pm on both days, allowing you to enjoy this "X'mas Special Tea Set" early and at a great price.
