Hilton Tokyo's Dark & Gothic Halloween Sweets

From October 1st to 31st, Patisserie FILOU, located on the second floor of Hilton Tokyo, will be selling two dark and gothic takeout sweets for the Halloween season.

The "Cronne Couronne Noir" (15cm diameter/4,000 yen including tax), which means "black crown," is a cake topped with pistachio sponge and bittersweet dark chocolate mousse. It is layered with red fruit compote (raspberry, strawberry, red currant, and cherry) and vanilla crème brûlée. The rich chocolate mousse and red fruit combine to create a lingering aftertaste of vanilla and pistachio.

The glass dessert "La Reine Rouge" (680 yen including tax), decorated with blood drips on the rim, features a sponge cake soaked in strawberry sauce hidden inside a light fromage blanc mousse. The bottom of the glass is decorated with raspberry pulp jelly, giving it a refreshing finish.
