Frédéric Cassel has announced its "Fruits of the Orchard" collection, which will serve as inspiration for new products for July and August, as well as cool summer sweets and limited-edition products. Available from July 1 to August 31, the "Fruits of the Orchard" collection includes the "Mille-Feuille Finger Apricot" (756 yen, tax included), which features caramelized feuilletage layered with rich, nutty ganache, apricot coulis, vanilla cream, and dulce chocolate; the "Saint-Honoré Peche de Vigne" (756 yen, tax included), which combines crumble choux with Chantilly cream and coulis; the "Petit Merveilles Apricot Lavender" (3 pieces, 648 yen, tax included), which combines cream and coulis with a lavender-scented meringue dough and is covered in a white chocolate shell; and the "Apricot Vanille Macaron" (260 yen, tax included), which captures the tartness of apricot in white chocolate ganache. In addition to the already available summer treats "Verrine Muscat" (756 yen including tax), which combines wine mousse with Muscat jelly, and "Verrine Peche" (756 yen including tax), which combines vanilla mousse with peach jelly and lemon and mint jelly, a new treat, "Verrine Savarin" (756 yen including tax), a verrine version of the classic French pastry, will be available from July 1st. Additionally, "Petit Merveilles MATSURI" (3 pieces/648 yen including tax), bite-sized treats inspired by the festival staple "water balloons," will be available from June 28th to July 11th, and "Etoile Noire" (778 yen including tax), inspired by the stars shining in the Milky Way on Tanabata night, will be available for a limited time until July 7th. Additionally, an Instagram campaign called "I LOVE Mille-feuille!" will be held from July 1st until August 31st. In this campaign, people are invited to post a photo (not necessarily of Frederic Cassel's Mille-feuille) that expresses their love and attraction for the classic Frederic Cassel product, Mille-feuille Vanille, in various ways, with one of the hashtags "#ILoveMille-feuille," "#iloveMille-feuille," or "#ilovemillefeuille," and follow the official Frederic Cassel account. A lottery will be held at a later date, and if you are selected as the #ILoveMille-feuille winner, you will receive a year's supply of Mille-feuille Vanille.
