Conrad Tokyo (Minato Ward, Tokyo) has prepared a limited-time menu perfect for midsummer, incorporating premium ingredients such as refreshing noodle dishes and shaved ice, as well as stamina-boosting eel and meat dishes, at each of its restaurants. Chefs have created a variety of dishes unique to Conrad Tokyo, designed to help guests get through the hot season in good health and happiness, all in a luxurious setting with expansive views of Tokyo Bay and Hama-rikyu Gardens, or the dynamic city of Shiodome. Kama-boiled Rice with Hairy Crab and Truffle
The Executive Chef continues to offer delicious dishes made with seasonal ingredients based on traditional Japanese cuisine. Katsuhiro Tamura's menu includes a lavish à la carte menu featuring invigorating "Steamed Eel" and a generous serving of fragrant summer truffles, paired with premium ingredients. The "TTKG (Truffle and Egg Over Rice)" features "Farm's Special Rich Yolk," a brand of eggs from Joso City, Ibaraki Prefecture, known for their rich, savory, deep-orange yolks, paired with Niigata rice "Shinnosuke," known for its beautiful shine, luster, and rich sweetness. The "Hairy Crab and Truffle Rice" features rich-tasting hairy crab from Hokkaido. The "Japanese Black Beef and Truffle Sukiyaki with Foam Truffle Egg" features a tender, fatty, richly flavored and elegantly sweet Japanese Black Beef rib roast, served with fragrant summer truffles. For dessert, enjoy shaved ice made from pure ice made from the crystal-clear soft waters of the Suzuka Nunobiki mountain range in Mie Prefecture.

Chef Albert Tse, known for his modern, sophisticated flavors and innovative presentation, offers three summer-only China Blue cold noodles to cool you down during the hot summer months. The "Sichuan-Style Chilled Lobster and Bamboo Charcoal Noodles," featuring a striking contrast between the black noodles made with bamboo charcoal and the red color of the lobster, the "Hong Kong-Style Jade Chilled Noodles with Chicken, Scallions, and Ginger," with green spinach noodles that sparkle like jade gemstones, and the energizing "Taiwan-Style Chilled Beef Noodles." A luxurious platter featuring these three types of noodles, accompanied by six condiments, is available for two people.
