Starting December 31st, Conrad Tokyo (Minato-ku, Tokyo) will be offering a sweets buffet at its all-day dining restaurant, Cerise, featuring an abundance of strawberries that will fill you with joy just by looking at them. Titled "Strawberry in the Forest," the buffet evokes a dreamlike world of strawberry sweets set amidst a vast, green forest. Using seasonal, bright red strawberries, Pastry Chef Masateru Okazaki has carefully crafted each and every one of the tempting sweets to ensure you get the full strawberry flavor. Little forest friends will also be making an appearance on the buffet table.
