"Neige Irises" - a rainbow-colored Christmas tree that will add a touch of glamour to your Christmas Eve.

White chocolate mousse is the main ingredient, layered with pistachio dough, griotte cherry compote, and pistachio praline. The milky taste of the white chocolate is further enhanced by the richness of the pistachios and the spices added to the griotte cherries, bringing out an even gentler sweetness. The Christmas tree, a symbol of Christmas, shines in rainbow colors, adding a touch of glamour to your Christmas Eve.

A beautiful orange-scented "Caramel Orange" with a glossy glaze and Christmas balls.

This cake features caramel-flavored mousse gianduja as the main ingredient, layered with chocolate gateau, chocolate dough, orange marmalade, and roasted almonds and cocoa nibs for added texture. By combining gianduja and almond praline with caramel chocolate mousse, the bitterness is softened and the rich aroma is brought out. The chocolate dough, which is saturated with orange juice, and the marmalade add a fruity orange flavor. Break the ornament decorated on top to reveal a pearl cracker! We want to bring a smile to the face of everyone who eats it. This Christmas cake is made with that thought in mind.
