Starting November 1st, Conrad Tokyo will be hosting a "Winter Bijou" Afternoon Tea at its bar and lounge, Twenty Eight, inspired by pink jewelry and pearls that will warm the icy winter air with their gentle glow. These sparkling sweets are sure to become part of your personal jewelry box collection. This is a gorgeous afternoon tea perfect for special moments during the Christmas season.

"Winter Bijou" Afternoon Tea
The menu includes five sweet treats, including "Rooibos Tea Panna Cotta," with rose and lychee jelly sparkling like jewels and the scent of vanilla Bourbon tea; "Lemon Ganache," with orange mousse that shimmers like pearls and a refreshing citrus flavor; and "Rose Macaron," with the elegant scent of wild rose jam and resembling a charming ring. Other choices include "Foie Gras Terrine and Pain Perdu," shaped like a delicate brooch accented with white pepper; and "Cep Arancini," swaying like earrings with the scent of white truffle. The popular scones come in two varieties: plain and orange, and are served with clotted cream and strawberry jam. Original takeout boxes containing the four sweet treats, two savory dishes, and two scones from the "Winter Bijou" afternoon tea, along with TWG black tea and herbal tea, will also be available. A beautifully gradated dish made with panna cotta made with TWG vanilla Bourbon tea, layered with blackcurrant jelly and lychee jelly.

Vanilla and Raspberry Cupcakes
Fresh raspberries are hidden inside vanilla cupcakes and baked. They are topped with cream and decorated with sparkling sprinkles and edible flowers.

Strawberry and White Chocolate Mousse
Strawberries and white chocolate mousse are placed on top of chocolate dough and garnished with red raspberries. Enjoy the gentle sweet and sour taste.

Lemon Ganache Orange Mousse
Lemon ganache is poured into the tart, orange mousse is topped and a pearl-like coating is applied. This dish is filled with the refreshing scent of citrus fruits.

Rose Macaron
